I've split this away from the pricing thread so that the pricing thread can remain just that, and so that we can give bbkenney help on his questions. virtualroy has already done a great job on that.

Does the beginning/ending continent (North America) count in determining if the ticket is AONE3 or AONE4 ?
You only count your starting/ending continent once.
