I view the changes re HP as a positive ENHANCEMENT to the 2000 Onepass program (and probably the CO general management does the same), considering the poor state of HP maintaince as reported by the FAA in the 2-3-00 press.

I think they want we CO elites around to fly the CO skies more and more. My worst flight in 1999 was on HP. Crummy service and a very dirty aircraft.
