If they have told you that, I can tell you with confidence something doesn't add up. Interesting that they throw the blame at Air Canada but given that it was a DO, I am not surprised b/c imagine 20~30 angry FTers jump at him at the same time.
BTW, this guy is really good at PR, that much was clear. And he was very nice and friendly, I think the audience loved him; he is a great communicator. Substance, however, is something else.
