I imagine the focus of this department should be F awards and eventually, if time allows, C awards. Eventually some attention on e-bay activities.

If the airline systems were properly set they should also try to spot patterns which could trigger a manual check. I imagine AA busy with more profitable activities than having AA's systems reprogrammed for this.
