For leisure travel F is not worth the price differential over J; that money is more effectively spent on the ground. I fly F when I have to sleep on the plane and have only a day or 2 at my destination (then it is worth its weight in gold). As for planning your trip, the best tool I've found is the CX downloadable timetable which contains all OneWorld flights, available at http://www.cathaypacific.com/intl/pl...le/0,,,00.html
