Analise, thanks for the insight. I should have mentioned that hot weather wouldn't concern me. In fact, if I'm renting a beachfront house, the warmer the better. I don't recall that jellyfish were a big problem in NC in July or August, but I could be wrong.

Yeah, lobster's great, and that IS a big selling point for the Cape.
