I believe I stated in one of my recent posts that I would continue to monitor the "Warm Nuts" theory and test the "Names" theory.

This month I have been flying the "redeye" flights, so using names has been difficult to read on the final report (lights are off or dimmed). I couldn't see a visable difference in the way customers reacted to my queries, but hopefully they walked away with positive impression.

The other flight attendant working in my zone took the time to heat the nuts in the ramekins/tins provided by catering. The customers appeared to greatly appreciate this gesture. During the meal service we were given several compliments on the service.

Overall, I do still agree with the "Warm Nuts" theory, but I'm going to have to give the "Names" theory more time and energy (next month).
