Once again, tried the google search but nothing fruitful. I know there was the 1800flowers.com fiasco last year (?), but I was wondering if the offer on www.mileagplusmall.com is still valid. Says you get 10miles/$ and 200 miles for a purchase over $29.99. Problem is, the fine print says:

Offer valid through 10/15/04.

1) Is this another example of united.com web design? Was this offer pulled last October?
2) If it's still valid, can I use a coupon code with the offer? Seems like there is only space to enter only one coupon code.
3) When you go to the mpmallonline.com website, 1800flower.com isn't even listed. So... is the partnership valid, and if it is, I'm guessing the only way to get miles is to enter the coupon code, not through the mall. Correct?
