Mr. SeaBridge and I flew on a NW tix SEA-SJU via DTW and CLE on the outbound (Feb 23) and IAH and MSP on the return (Mar 3). The three CO legs posted for hubby by Mar 10, mine, alas, have not. I called the Plat line to get the right fax #, and was given a # that is out of service.
Then I tried the website - because the tix was issued by NW and starts with the magic 012, I could report the discrepancy online. Has that method worked (or not worked) for anyone else?
I'm feeling only mild "missing miles anxiety syndrome", and my doc said "take two MR's and call me in the morning."
