Okay.

There are two different fares ($138.19 and $153) on travelocity, which have same fare basis code, between LAX and CMH. Since these fares include $5 service fee there, you can consider these two are $133.19 and $148. This is the 10% discount I meant. If you purchase the ticket, which meets the fare rule, you have already 10% off. You can use aa.com too.
