Far as I can see, I have a point balance which is updated daily, then once a quarter it gets transferred to point vouchers - is it supposed to mean that suddenly, on the last day of the quarter - a great flood of points will hit my account? I don't really have much confidence in that - sounds like another fob-off to me.
My order was on Feb14th b.t.w. - I advised her of this & then she initially fobbed me off with 'takes 28 days' story - then when I explained to her that, actually - Feb 14th is more like 40 days ago, she switched into the 'next statement' spiel.
My second online order for 2 phones was on 13th Feb and they only posted to my account today - so maybe give it a few more days.
From experience, never ever accept the response "they will appear on your next statement". Demand to speak to a supervisor and ask them to credit the points manually if they have to. Ask for a name and date by which the points will appear on your statement.
