What does it actually mean, 'will post on your next statement' anyways? They don't just say that for these phones, but other things I have chased up about.

Far as I can see, I have a point balance which is updated daily, then once a quarter it gets transferred to point vouchers - is it supposed to mean that suddenly, on the last day of the quarter - a great flood of points will hit my account? I don't really have much confidence in that - sounds like another fob-off to me.

My order was on Feb14th b.t.w. - I advised her of this & then she initially fobbed me off with 'takes 28 days' story - then when I explained to her that, actually - Feb 14th is more like 40 days ago, she switched into the 'next statement' spiel.
