Question regarding Class Availability and Overbooking
I am headed to to Fort Lauderdale this weekend and I have a general question regarding class availability and how it it relates to overbooking.
My flight from ATL-FLL on Friday (DL 623) shows availability of Y0 and F1 on a 763 aircraft (from Expertflyer.com). I would interpret this to mean that only one seat remains available for sale and its in First Class.
By how many seats does DL usually overbook its 763 aircraft and does this look good for a bump opportunity?? I'm aware that availability may change on Friday with people changing flights but most on the flights are showing Y0 and F0 between ATL-FLL on Friday.
Any input is appreciated. ^
