Still nobody wants to DEFINE "regional jet". Let's see, the 170 is a jet flying for regional carrier divisions of major airlines. Hmmm... If telling yourself that these planes are *not* regional jets makes you feel beeter when flying them, OK. But it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck. It's a LARGE regional jet. It's a NICE regoinal jet. Some are even regional jets with first class seats. But it IS a regional jet.
