Is this possible to be over book flt? I'm Premier Executive and I bought real cheap fare this time ( W booking ). I'ld like to get the up grade but i heard that W fare is unable to upgrade by using miles. So anybody here have suggestion for me? Will be very nice to get ops-up though. But I dont never did once of that. Who should I talk to? IAD check-in agent? or I should of find out somewhere in SFO?
