Hi all,

I have trawled the ba.com site looking for the handbook that gets issued when you join. i haven't earnt any tier points for over a year (until recently) and haven't been reissued with a handbook through the post (not sure if you get one each year anyway???).
Therefore i am trying to get hold of one for future reference and seemed to remember a year or so ago there was one available for download in pdf / word format. Is this still the case, I couldn't find it anywhere?

The ultimate thread in this forum is currently the best reference guide so far (probably better than the handbook?!?) and better than having to trawl through the menus on the website individually....
