The restrictions for the upgrade certificates with the Prestige/Executive packs include: You can't transfer them to anybody else. They're only good for 1 year. They're not confirmable, IE, you can only get upgraded at the counter or gate. You're at the bottom of the list for available upgrades after all OnePass elites.

The difference between the 2 packs is price and number of upgrade certificates. I believe the lower-priced pack only has 4 upgrade certificates while the $99 pack has 6. Go with the $99 pack. It more than pays for itself
