CO has one daily nonstop from Newark and one daily nonstop from Houston. You can probably easily connect from PVD, BOS, and BDL to both of those hubs on CO though I would have to research the timing of the flights to be sure. They also fly between LAX and Hawaii but it would probably not suit you since it would require 2 changes of planes. Business First has an outstanding reputation but I have only flown in it on a domestic flight with regular first class service. The big problem of course is upgrading. Just search the CO forum and find out how difficult it is. Hawaii is considered an international destination which means you can only upgrade a qualifying fare and only within 30 days of departure.
