See if concierge can swing windowside seating at Deco restaurant on the Peak, about 30-60 minutes before sunset. Incredible view with sun setting and harbor lights coming up. Food is generally western/fusion, and good.

If you can't reserve windowside seating, don't bother.

Take Star Ferry to Island side. Cab to Incline. RT Incline to Peak. Reverse.
