Does this ever happen? New to UA Exec Premier and gotta say I prefer the USAir way on upgrades (who doesn't?). But I can't figure out if the only way to ever get upgraded is if I apply my 500 mile thingees that I have in my account. Are 100% of upgrades done that way?
