I recently received my first paper statement (Q4 '04). The hardcopy is more detailed than the website, giving dates-of-stay, number of YTD nights toward elite qualification (
Woo Hoo!), etc. The website (for airline miles) gives virtually no information other than date-of-posting, base miles, and promo-related bonus miles (as a separate line item).
