I suppose one should never underestimate the propensity for exaggeration on these boards ( though I sometime really wonder if some post here by actual experience or just based on heresay/ current bandwagon topic )
Since this been resurrected in various forms as recently as some two or three weeks ago I have been making a mental note as to the topic.
Twelve F or C segments in the last 5 weeks out of 7 different airports and ALL but one ( which I boarded late ) I was offered preflight drinks including all three today 3/21.

Lucky? Perhaps .. or just an " AA apologist" as someone is bound to say.
