I will also echo the OP's observations, and add to them my observation that Comair's staff at CVG do not seem to sink to the low standard of ASA's at ATL.

Related to that, I've noticed an occasional ASA flight at CVG, as well, but it doesn't seem that those flights are handled by different personnel than the Comair flights. I suppose ASA "rents" the Comair people for those flights?
