Just back from a ORD-EZE-ORD trip in F and I was extremely disappointed (as were several other pax in 1st)!! The service in F is, at best, UA domestic Business! Wines and Champagne were poor as was the meal service.

The flight attendant initally blamed it on the late departure time. However, once they realized that many of us have taken the 8:45p to LHR, etc. they just conceded that the service was terrible, not 1st class standards, and not uniform with the overall UA 1st class international service standards.

They say to write to UA and complain! Why? Whenever I've emailed UA using the 1k email address I've NEVER gotten a reply. They don't CARE!!! Period, end of story- if the planes are full they don't need to compete with service!

The meals are almost identical to B and the seats aren't THAT much of a difference! Go business and save the miles! I know I will in the future!
