When doing our ticketing a couple of weeks ago with BA IST I was told that they do not prefer to send the tickets via mail/courier but I think they will do it if someone really wants...they mentioned something about trouble if they get lost etc...Maybe I am naive but I trust BA's safe over my own shelf, anyway we still have to go down there so they can as well hold on to the tickets...
