Hanamizuki on International Drive. One of the best Japanese restaurant in the country, IMHO. Beats a lot of Jse places, even in NYC. Not just sushi, but also Kyoto style food. And it's not a touristy place either. I mostly see Japanese eating there. A must for me when I'm in Orlando.
