This isn't that bad. i had two changes on a recent AS itin, neither of which was notified. And both indicated I had to contact a human in reservations to revalidate the reservation (AS phone hold times are ridiculous).

The second change, after half an hour on the phone, turned out to be a whole 4 minutes diffrerence on the final leg.
