BA Premium Plus Amex ?

I have a BA Exec Amex, is that not the same thing ?

So if I put in £40 fuel and pay with my Tesco visa, I would get 20 points from the Visa and 40 points on the clubcard is that correct ?

I have a Tesco Clubcard, Shell Points card, BA Exec Amex, Natwest Visa Gold (which only gives airmiles), what's the best way to accumulate the most ammount of BA miles with the best possible combination ?

I've already done changed the phone and looking into the insurance, gas and electricity. Apart from that, we don't shop at Tescos, so once I have done the above, it will only be either promos, when they are running or fuel. we tend to get through approx £100 fuel per week.

Sorry for the thick posts, but as I say, I am new to all this despite having had my cards for a numbers of years
