i have read two books--can i list them here? they were both helpful.
actually i get very nervous pre-flight (eeven sitting here now talking about it is making me feel a bit funny), i dream about flying which makes me nervous., too.
during flights, i used to have NO tolerance for turbulence, realy panicinng. i was afraid of falling.
but since taking ativan and dealing better and feeling more relaxed, learning biofeedback, and reading the books and being more educated, i fly much better and have much less pre-flight anxiety. i would be happy to share my experience with any jittery flyers.
