You bet - you will get double and tiple miles on all American Airlines flights using American Airlines aircraft on those routes. Oh, there are none, so there must be no competitive reason for them to do that.

Which begs the question: if AA did fly those sectors, why would anyone who seems to not require AA miles / status points prefer to fly AA than CX in J and F?
