I still think it's inexcusable...On full [S80] flights they should at least serve orange juice & water. How hard is it to fill 14 (soon to be 16) cups? You only go "upstream" once assuming you pour the right combination of OJ & Water (which, I can understand can be difficult, in which case you go "upstream" twice). Once the plane is ready to push back you pick everything up. Easier said, than done though.

Tip: Pack your own bottle of your favorite drink ($2) and avoid any possible disappointment.
