Okay, my first response was a little tongue in check, but the more I think about this the more I get fired up. I completely agree with the other responses that sometimes it just is not possible because of other complications in the boarding process. However, most of the time it seems just a matter that the FA does not feel like it. From now on when I see this I am going to write AA and supply names. I want to encourage everyone else to do the same. IMHO it is those tenured, disgruntles, putting in their time that are dragging AA down.
