Realistically, do FAs suffer any consequences when they fail to act professionally. AA's staffing is so screwed up.... thousands of highly paid (although recently less so) burn outs, just "doing their time" while thousands of their younger, more enthusiastic brethern willing to do a better job for much less money sit on the sidelines.
Admittedly, this doesn't apply to all of AA's FA's... indeed, many are excellent and do a great job, notwithstanding the fact that there appear to be no positive consquences (other than self-satisfaction) that come from excelling.
