I recently endured a 0/4 flights pre-flight drink experience, and emailed AA about it. They called back, were very apologetic, and said that pre-flight drinks 'are an expected part of F service'...I had mentioned to them that their competition (eg, Delta) does a much better job with this. Maybe it would help if they heard from more of us....
