If YYZ-DEL and EWR-SIN are Trans-Pac, you can bet your bottom $ that BKK-JFK will be Trans-Pac. It's a flight from IATA3 to IATA1 without touching IATA2, so under Global Designator rules it's a Trans-Pac routing.
I'd say there's a glitch in the RTWMC - after all, it showed the EWR-SIN as a Trans-At for a while before it was corrected.
