When I contacted Avis customer service, they just tell me to contact SAS EB. It is very frustrating to waste so much time chasing 500 points, but equally frustrating to forfeit them.

I have also had some uncredited EB points from AVIS. But it is always solved by sending an e-mail to
[email protected] . I've always got EB points credited after 2-3 days after sending mail.
I wrote:
1, AVIS Contract number(booking number)
2, Your SAS EB number
3, Date of rental
4, Place of rental
