The service goes beyond the stated above - passenger service reps meet your flights when delays happen and deliver you to you newly booked flights. The level of treatment is significant - I am glad to have been reselected as GS for 2005.

Not sure what the criteria is - flew 225k and did not make it. Called and petitioned and was picked up off waivers.
