Same $300 limit. Citi Driver's Edge card has $500 limit, but you cannot redeem as cash directly (must use for auto purchase/repair or order from their ThankYou Redemtions instead).
Citi Dividend is #1 for me as well (used mostly at the 5% cash back places), and I've got a few of them. #2 is MBNA WorldPoints with 10% cash back on the first $250 spent every month, but I don't actually carry it (I just buy a $250 gift card once a month for future use). #3 is Costco TrueEarnings AMEX. Well, for Costco...
