Having flown in F, J and Y on both, my take on it just for on-board is:

Coach: UA wins hand down (if you are elite, they still win if you are non elite, but not by as much)

Biz: AA, but not by much. Both are about equal in terms of upgrading Y->J

F: AA wins. There atlantic F suites are great!
