The key is starting it online. If you start something online, you can finish it online, even if you use their help to tweak it.

1. Make the res online (I know you said you couldn't, just make something close online and HOLD it).

2. Call the electronic support desk and ask them to change it to whatever you want and refare it.

3. Go back online, apply the gift cert, and ticket.

Not sure if the OAL is going to impact you here, but this is your best shot.
