Arcolaio99 took Mrs hiyo and me to Sophie's in the Wall Street area last year. Unbelievable.

Do not be fooled by the simplicity of the physical plant, this is memorable food. Chuleta Empanezada w/rice and beans - $7.00. Order anything on the menu, you will not be sorry.
