BB - the last 3 fare rule sheets I've seen have the three regionals participant. They've been "in" & legal since December last year. They're using the Star standard classes - D for Biz on the 1/2/3, M for Y on the 1/2/3 and H for Starlite. None of them have any banned flights listed. KF JP and OU paper is also good for issuing RTW's, providing the golden rule of paper used must be a participant in the itinerary.
