Hi,

I'm sorry, first time in this forum and I'm sure this question has been asked but with no search...

I had heard that VS sells bulkheads and exit rows in economy for a premium at check-in. Can anyone confirm this? What is the charge? (flying ewr-lhr) Is it difficult to get? How early should one arrive?
