It would depend on whether the bill was paid by you at check-out or you had a Direct-Bill as opposed to a Master-Bill, but most of these are eligible. I have, however, seen some companies agree to a really low rate at a specific property with the stipulation that no affinity points/miles be given to their employees. In that instance, of course, it would not be eligible.
