See http://www.airliners.net/discussions....main/2010546/

NorthWest Flt 75 from Saipan has made an emergency landing at NRT after encountering severe turbulence 90km from NRT. 2 crew and 2 passengers were injured and have been taken to hospital. Several passengers were not wearing their seatbelts and were thrown out of their seats.

The aircraft was B747-200, registration N637US, is undergoing mechanical checks to make sure all is okay.
