The experience raised by kaottic97 is one which I also encountered while considering whether to book a government stay at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver this fall. The confirmation in that case indicated "No Points Or Benefits Issued." As a result all of my government stays since have been at the Hyatt. Are you telling me William that as a Platinum I can return to the Westin and expect both stay credits, Starwood Points and upgrades in the same manner as in previous years, notwithstanding this endorsement on the confirmation?
