This is, unfortunately, completely wrong. While all A340s as well as the BBJ have "lie flat at an angle" seats, not a single A330 has been converted yet, and there are no plans to do so in the near future.
On the A330, LX has Business Class seats with decent width and pitch, but not nearly flat. It's the kind of seat that was common in the late 90s.
