If I remember correctly, the UA RCC in FRA has T-mobile wireless and the LH lounges have Vodaphone wireless. The T-mobile is a benefit to me as I have an account there and so there is no additional charge for connecting. In the LH lounges, the charges were typical for Europe (e.g. something outrageous like 7 Euros for an hour).
