Yes. To search for posts only in the delta forum, type in "Airline Programs Delta SkyMiles." For TravelBuzz, you'd type "Travel&Dining TravelBuzz".
The reason why typing "Delta SkyMiles" only does not work is that the navigation bar at the bottom of each page shows up as search text in every FlyerTalk page on Google.
