I agree with that, it's absolutely not necessary to order something special.
The LH FC menue selection has always a fish choice AND a veggie meal in EACH course i.e. the starter and the main course. The LH FC meal sequence is usually as follows:
1. Amuse gueule (mostly veggie)
2. starter ( 3 or 4 choices)
3. salad (3 dressings available)
4. main ( 3 or 4 choices )
5. dessert ( 3 or 4 choices )
